ANTIQUE ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM FRIEZE ART DECO BUILDING FACADE VTG OLD 20s-30s
What an incredibly rare opportunity! This Art Deco facade cladding likely came off of an old storefront in the NY/NJ area. There are three separate pieces that fit together to make one long continuous run. The whole run measures about 23’ long. The height of each pieces is about 8” and the thickness of each is about 5/16”. The pieces are in great shape for their age. No cracks or splits. As is typical with metal sheeting, it’s a bit wobbly and bent, but it springs back to flat once adhered to a substrate. With a little cleaning and polishing this could be reinstalled for an INCREDIBLE affect! Rare to find a nice long run like this. Style is similar to that of the Art Deco elements on New York’s Chrysler Building. Don’t miss it! Local pickup in Bergen County, NJ |
